1. The association Afro-Pfingsten is the official organizer of the AFro-Pfingsten Festival in Winterthur and operator of the website. 
2. These General Terms and Contitions (GTC) are the basis for the use of services, such as the use of the website or social media linked to Afro-Pfingsten as well as the reservation of market stalls, or the purchase of tickets for concerts, workshops, lectures and other events.
3. By ordering a service via order form on the website, by e-mail, telephone or letter, the customer declares to accept and comply with the GTC.

1. Tickets are checked electronically at the entrance to the concert hall. We reserve the right to check the authorization of the ticket presenter. 
2. Only tickets purchased directly through an official sales channel are valid. Copying, altering or imitating tickets is prohibited. Tickets are not transferable. They must be protected from moisture, dirt, damage, mechanical or optical effects, etc. The vardcode must be machine-readable.
3. If payment is made by invoice, the payment deadline must be observed, otherwise the ticket will become invalid. 
4. The ticket will be confiscated at the entrance to the concert hall and exchanged for a wristband. The wristband must be properly closed and worn snugly on the wrist until the end of the event and must be presented upon request. Any misuse of tickets and wristbands is prohibited. Damaged, torn, cut and distorted wristbands indicate misuse and will neither be accepted nor replaced. The instructions of the event statt must be followed. In the event of non-compliance, the right is reserved to cliam damages in addition to forfeiture of the right to participate. A return or exchange of tickets is excluded.

Liability claims against Afro-Pfingstn for damages of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to or use or non-use of the published information, through misuse of the connection or technical faults are excluded.
2. All offers are non-binding. Afro-Pfingsten expressly reserves the right to change parts of the webpages or the entire offer without prior notice, add to, delete or cease publication temporarily or permanently.

1. Based on Artivel 13 of the Swiss Federal Constituion and the data protecion regulations of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person hast the right to protection of their privacy as well as protecion against misuse of their personal data.
2. Afro-Pfingsten complies with these provisions. Personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or given to third parties. 
3. Afro-Pfingsten strives in close cooperation with the hosting providers to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. However, any liability for cyber attacks by third parties is excluded.
4. When accessing the websites of Afro-Pfingsten, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general transmitted information about the operating system, respectively browser.

"Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision the effects of which most closely approximate the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. If political or economic events, epidemics (or pandemics) or force majeure in general make it impossible or difficult to hold the event, the participant cannot make any claims for damages against the organizer.

Place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from the relationship between Afro-Pfingsten and the user or participant is the registered office of Afro-Pfingsten. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
